Confident in the quality of our products (see below), every SHUKR garment comes with a money back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase simply return it to us for a full refund providing it meets our returns criteria. Please see our returns policy for further information.
SHUKR Quality
The SHUKR philosophy is founded upon the concept of itqan, perfection, as exemplified in the Prophetic hadith: “Verily God loves that when one of you does something, that he perfect it.” This Islamic concept of perfection translates into a concern for quality, and this is what SHUKR is striving for in its product range.
SHUKR implements a stringent quality control process, ensuring each and every product is produced to the highest standard. SHUKR has 3 main stages of quality control:
Stage 1 – Design and Development: Once a new model has been designed, a prototype is produced and tested for design functionality.
Stage 2 – Production Control: Cutters, sewers and quality control inspectors work according to pre-determined quality guidelines.
Stage 3 – Post Production Quality Control: Each and every garment that is produced is thoroughly examined before earning the SHUKR label.
Exchanges, Returns & Refunds Policy
At Al Qismah, we want to make your exchange or return as easy as possible.
Returned items must be received by us within 2 weeks of placement of order for a full refund. For orders shipped outside Singapore, the time period for returns is 20 days. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (for example, you received an incorrect item).
Should you prefer to receive a refund, we will cheerfully comply with your request provided you meet the return criteria below:

If we receive the item in a condition that does not meet our return criteria, we reserve the option not to refund the item.
Conditions for Returns:
- Item is not worn outside of the house
- Item is in its original new condition
- Item is not washed
- Item is in original packaging and has all original tags attached
- Item is mailed within 2 weeks from the date of purchase (20 days for order outside Singapore).
